Vizio TV Remote Mount - Multiconnect connection

I use this mount for my nightstand, and when I decided to upgrade to a multiboard, I needed to add a multiconnect backing. It's not pretty in the slightest. I may make it look nicer in the future, or if somebody wants to make a better version I will likely print yours. 

I just added a Multiconnect backing to the back of the mount. I know how bad it looks.
