My wife wields safety pins like a crusty old handyman used duct tape. I got her an assortment and made these boxes for Christmas, one for the home and one for the purse.
The lid snaps shut so it shouldn't spill. You can load as parts or combine/merge lid & logo after insert. I used PLA, any rigid material should work. Not sure about TPU, let me know in the comments if you try.
A short bit of filament for a hinge pin, melt/heat the ends and mash down for a clean look. Yea, print in place is cool but this method makes a smoother action and smaller/stronger hinge.
Note: This is a variation of my lidded box model that you can customize to whatever size you want: https://www.printables.com/model/973324-parametric-box-with-hinged-lid-for-onshape-or-fusi
EDIT: Added a large double compartment version for bulk storage at home
