Qidi Plus 4 Stepper Motor and Rear Belts cover

This is a cover for the stepper motors and belts at the rear of the chamber for the Qidi plus 4. After a lot of prototyping and testing it is complete. 

This model was designed to fit the printable adjustable belt tensioners by JerkyFPV https://www.printables.com/model/1066464-qidi-plus4-adjustable-spring-belt-tensioner-assemb

In order to get the parts to fit, please remove the screws holding down the drag chain to the frame of the machine.

1. install the left rear panel by sliding it behind the poop chute mechanism.
2. install the right rear panel by removing the two screws that protrude past the frame that hold the drag chain down. it's easiest to access them from the top of the machine, it is easiest to remove the left screw first.
3. next if you have the adjustable belt tensioners installed, please remove the bolts, thread the bolts through the belt tensioner covers, and reinstall the bolts with the belt tensionors, 
   1. If you don't have those, you can use the plugs to plug the holes for the bolts.
4. install the stepper motor covers, the right side has two parts, the upper part goes on first and the lower part should clip on to the upper part.

Step files are provided so that you can make your own modifications.

Since it is in multiple parts, it does not have an air tight seal of course, I personally have added 1mm insulation on the outside that is not shown in the picture.
