Hardware needed:
(2) ¼"-20 X5/8" machine screws
(2) ¼" washers
(2) ¼"-20 square nuts
(4) 4mm x 18mm bolts
(4) 4mm knurled threaded insert nuts
There are 3 files so far. One does not have a lip and allows you to adjust the platform level with the glass plate. The other 2 have a lip(1 mm and 2 mm thick) to be more like the original if you don't care if it is even with the glass plate. Use the 4 bolts to adjust the plate to be co-planar with the glass plate and use the nut to lock the position. The fit is good enough at the ring that you really don't need the ¼"-20 bolts to hold it to the ring but is does add extra stability
I added modifiers in Prusa Slicer to make the area where the bolts hold the ¼"-20 bolts make contact with the ring solid. I printed mine with 5 perimeters and 30% infill and it is super ridged but you can print it however you want. You will probably want to print it in PETG PC-CF, ASA, or ABS.
