I created a supplementary mount for Tapo C520WS for hiding its cables away nicely for ceiling mounting. There is ample space to put all the white cable that comes out of the camera and an additional hole to let your ethernet/power cable go out the box. One can close remaining holes with grummet and/or hot glue gun. 

In addition, I also made the mount in a way that you can attach your privacy blocking visor on top (e.g., block viewing into your neighbors garden or some public space) I attach a sample visor that fits into the slots of the base camera mount among provided stl files.
