The following components are required for assembly (I will give links to Aliexpress, where I purchased it myself, not an advertisement, not a referral): 

1. T-screw d8mm Pitch2mm Lead 8mm, length 350mm. 
2. Ring timing belt 2GT-6 mm, length 610 mm. 
3. Gear pulley 2GT - 2 pcs. 20 teeth bore 8 (20 teeth, hole 8 mm). 
4. Flange bearing F688zz (8x16x5) - 10 pcs. Instead of 10 pcs, you can buy 5 pcs and a parasitic pulley with an inner diameter of 5 mm, it will be cheaper. 
5. Fasteners. I didn't count. I just took it out of the box. If necessary, write it down and I'll do the math. 
6. Wires. About 4 m 24AWG (used PVC insulated wires for 0.25 sq.mm audio systems). 
7. Terminals PH2.0. I haven't used them yet, but I've extended the existing wire. I ordered it here. When they arrive, I'll redo this mess. You may need 6 pin connectors.
