Powder Skimmer

This design is a prototype tool concept intended to facilitate the transferring of PA12 bulk powder to supply station cartridges to support part printing on an HP MJF 580 3D Printer.

This build was an initial build for concept prototyping only; proof of concept still pending. Providing verification of the concept meeting design intent then will build formal version on the same HP MJF Printer that it was intended for.

Prototype printed on Prusa Mini+ using input shaper; 0.4 nozzle; 0.2 structural mode with variable layer height; using PETG and PEI sheet. The prototype was built in two parts since the height limitations of the PrusaMini+ is 180mm; but worked out great.
