Prusa I3 MK3S+ Mosquito Upgrade Extruder Body and Cover as Received from Slice Engineering

The ASA printed parts I received from Slice Engineering, with the Prusa I3 MK3S+ Mosquito Upgrade kit, are slightly different from the original parts, as designed by WickedTwister. The rectangular opening, just above the heater block, where the heat break passes through the extruder body and cover, has been modified to be a more circular opening than a rectangular one. This removes material that when printing higher temperature materials, or after extended use, can become distorted and deformed. This doesn't appear to be an issue that is likely to cause problems, I simply wanted the option to print the parts exactly the same as what I received from Slice Engineering. 

The area where the heat break passes through the extruder body and cover, just above the heater block, has been changed from a rectangular opening to a circular one, while keeping rectangular ends.
