Sink plug holder for kitchen faucet

After my wife asked me to add a sink plug holder to the cap of our soap dispenser in the bathroom, she asked for a holder for the wide sink plug/sieve for our kitchen sink. I do not expect that someone will find this model who has the exact  same combination of kitchen sink/plug and faucet that we have but that this can act as an inspiration for a similar solution.

For reference, the diameters of the faucet are 4.4 cm for the lower part and 2.35 cm for the upper part.The sink plug has a diameter of 8cm and the supporting ring has a diameter of 4.4 cm.
