Per person a handfull of grain (wheat, rye, barley, …) in plenty of water. Soak for a day or so. Drain the water. Flush with fresh water once every day. Use the strainer! Once the grain sprouts, it is ready to eat. Dressing: Cream, lemon juice, honey, and ground nuts. Add some fruit (kiwi, banana, orange, fig, …) if you like.
