Not much to say on this one. It's my quick and dirty take on the Masterchef trophy.

I made it to surprise and thank a lady who generously invites several loose-end neighbours for Christmas dinner every year, and whom I know to be a huge huge fan of the show.

Since I've never actually watched it myself, I had to Google for images of what the real thing looks like! It was then easy enough to locate a good resolution image of the show's logo to be traced in FreeCAD.

I gather the real trophy is usually silver. But since I don't currently have any silver filament, I went with the more conventional trophy colours of gold (PLA) and black (PETG) for the base.

The writing on my version was simply added at the slicing stage, using nothing more than Bambu Studio's simple built-in text function. It was just placed by eye, so don't expect millimetre precision.

I've blocked out part of the lady's name in the images to protect the lady's privacy, since her surname is highly unusual - if not unique. You can't be too careful when it comes to the internet!

I've included the FreeCAD file, along with .step, .stl and .3mf files for anyone who wishes to tinker or improve.

The two parts simply glue together using CA adhesive - like I said; quick and dirty! But note that the hole in the base is offset to keep the logo centred on assembly. Make sure you get it the right way around!

…And yes; the food she prepared for the meal was definitely worthy of this trophy!

So that's it for this one - although I'll definitely be cooking up a few ideas in the new year!

Happy printing!
