This is a really cool design. Simple, yet effective. However, it was an extremely tight fit for me - to the point where I was worried the pressure applied on the powerbank could be dangerous. So I'll print it again and scale it to 101% maybe. Not sure if this is by design, but my printer is well calibrated yet I barely had any chance to insert the battery. (Printed in PETG by the way, if it helps)

@Sean_Ashcrof_1436787 well its tight but only so it wont fall out. Not harmingly tight on my printer. also Printed it in PETG. Depends on the temperature settings I believe (shrinking)
@Lord_Vader_2004024 Just out of curiousity, would you be able to push out the battery again now with reasonable force?
In my initial print I was able to push it in, but the fit was so incredibly tight that at the end I had no chance but to literally (and very carefully!) use a saw to free to powerbank (i was also a bit concerned about safety if the powerbank has absolutely no space to expand under heat or anything). After printing it in 101% the fit was far too lose already, however, so I had to stuff in some rubber pads. Now it's alright. If I had to print it again, I would probably try 100.5%
