Eibos Polyphemus 3kg Mod (Fits the larger Esun 3kg spools)

I have a lot of 3kg Esun spools and needed this filament dryer to fit them.  I wanted to use the existing 3kg Eibos extension and all of the acrylic panels that came with the kit.  This mod still maintains the ability to lift the top on and off.  The tolerances are set to be just a little bit of a tight fit based on my printers tolerances.  The only post processing I did was on the bottom of the vert_bars to clean up a little elephant's foot.

• 14 x M2.5-0.45 x 8mm Flat Head Socket Cap Screws

• 18 x M2.5x5.7 heat set inserts

  • 3 per vert_bar and 4 on the bottom of the base adapter
    • The original 3kg Eibos extension screws into the bottom of the base adapter with the original long M2.5 screws

Print Settings

• Filament - ASA
• .6mm nozzle with .4mm layer height
• Supports needed for ring_bottom and base_adapter
• Print two vert bars as is and print two more mirrored for a total of 4 vert bars
• Printed on my heavily modified Creality CR10s-Pro v1 in a tent enclosure at 50c interior temperature
