XY Calibration Square

This calibration square helps fine-tune your 3D printer by allowing you to measure deviations in the X and Y axes and identify any skew misalignments. With a simple print and measurement process, you can achieve precision adjustments to improve print accuracy.

Using the included Excel file, you can input your measured dimensions to calculate the specific changes needed for your Klipper config file. This tool directly integrates with the Klipper documentation for Rotation Distance and Skew Correction, providing a seamless experience.

NOTE! If you already have skew correction enabled in your config, the spreadsheet’s skew correction values won’t account for it. To adjust skew correction, disable it in your config before printing the calibration square. Enter your measurements into the spreadsheet, update your config, and print another square to verify the calibration.
