See how to create 3d models from AI (image-to-3d / prompt-to-3d) here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/how-to-use-ai-to-120617822
I'm working with Rodin and other AI tools to try to create 1000 free 3d print ready mini-figures. This was a fun one to process via the tools although it took a LOT of time to sculpt (and I'm still learning this process). I've included the working/source files here in case you want to take a crack at it as well.
I have him in his chair at just over 30.4mm in height but it could be a bit smaller for him to effectively match the height of other minis.
To try this out yourself you can use the obj file, a subdivision surface modifier and then displace with the attached shaded.png file.

While this was generated using AI (as well from an AI image) I did a fair amount of sculpting and optimized it for 3d printing - if you like what you see check out my other models here and/or follow me on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/c/Adamnant
