Features
- Fully customisable to suit any diameter of PVC pipe and to suit your own printer tolerances.
- Accurately calculates the length you need to cut your PVC pipe to in order to achieve a specific dimension (see OpenSCAD console output).

- No Supports required - all versions except the 6-way will print without the need for supports.

How to Use
- Download / open the file in OpenSCAD
- Measure the internal diameter of your pipe (in millimeters)
- Add approx 0.4mm to allow for an interference fit and for printer tolerances
- Change the other settings as you see fit
- Render a 1-way connector, save as STL, slice and send to printer
- Adjust pipe_internal_diameter setting and repeat steps 4 - 5 until you are happy with the fit
- Print all your connectors
- Check the console output (only available in OpenSCAD) to see what length to cut your PVC pipes to
- Assemble and go fly!
User Parmeters
- pipe_internal_diameterr - Internal diameter of your pipe (measure several and average them)
- backstop_length - Prevents the pipes from interfering with each other, set to at least the wall thickness of the pipe
- connector_length - Distance the 3d printed connector will insert into the pipe
- chamfer_connectors -Cuts a sloped face into the connector to ease assembly
- connect_front - Enables the front connector
- connect_back - Enables the back connector
- connect_left - Enables the left connector
- connect_right - Enables the right connector
- connect_top - Enables the top connector
- connect_bottom - Enables the bottom connector - you will need support for this one
- hollow - Allows for running wires through the connectors
- gate_width_mm - The centre to centre size of the gate - check the console for the calculated pipe length
