Update - added LED Bar for nozzle lighting.

Hi, this is my newest part cooling solution for the Ender 3 S1 (Sprite Extruder).

In this version, I focused on making the model much sturdier while keeping the unobstructed view of the nozzle.

For this model, you will need a mix of M3 screws and M3 heat inserts. You will, of course, need two 4020 fans.

This model is designed to work with the "Ender 3 S1 Hotend Fan 4020 Replacement Bracket." You will need to print the "backplate.stl." (If you are upgrading from my previous dual 5015 duct, you already have the backplate and don’t need to reprint it. :)

LED strip instructions: You will need 8,5*10mm [L x W] led strip. Im using this one. I have it connected to 5V of the CRtuch. You will also need a switch if you want to be able to turn on and off the light. Im using this one, and 4 screws and 4 heat inserts into the LED Bar mount [M3]. No need to reprint Left and Right mount since the already have holes for the LED Bar.

CRtuch offest: Y = 1,5 [mm]   X = 34,35 [mm]

Print settings:

  • For the air duct, I recommend a lower layer height (0.1–0.16 mm).
  • For the mount, use the standard 0.2 mm layer height.
  • Material: Use something heat-resistant, like PETG, ABS, or ASA.
