Hoover 521010 on/off switch bracket

Modified from the original design. Wider clip and printability tweaks. You may need to give it a nudge with a pair of pliers to fully seat it.

Durability untested. The button still presses against two clips as per the original design. An improvement would be to redesign with the switch inserted the opposite way. That way, the load would press against solid plastic. I may give that a try if this breaks again, but I needed something quick to get my vacuum working.

Print on its side with 5 perimeters for clip strength. Use the supports “Everywhere” option.

I printed in PLA at 0.2mm with adaptive layer height enabled.
