Why another set of Record Coasters?
While I’ve always appreciated the concept of record coasters, existing designs often fell short due to printing challenges. Many abstracted the record grooves into concentric circles, resulting in unsightly seams and overly hard prints. Others that attempted to replicate the spiral groove lacked optimization for FDM printing, leading to rough starts and ends or requiring multiple top layers.

These newly designed coasters solve those issues by creating a single-layer spiral for the top surface, achieving a smooth, detailed finish that’s both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Update: The Record Coaster 3mf have been changed to 100% circular infill for an even better representation of a record.
