Solder the electronics (attach the positive plate of one battery and negative of other to switch and attach other ends to motor, make sure motor spins counter clockwise). Insert these into the Main Box.
Build the gear box and insert it in the Main Box with the motor using two M10 screws
Build the cam shafts with the bearings and secure them to the Main Box using the holders and the remaining M10 screws (make sure the Reindeer cam shafts are offset 180 degrees) At this point you should test it to make sure it works
Build the sleigh and 6 reindeer using the connector pins as guides (I used a soldering iron to plastic weld the pieces together but glue probably works too.)
Turn the lid upside down and insert the followers into the lid (making sure the bottom legs reindeer followers are to the outside and the legs of the sleigh follower are toward the gear box)
Turn the main box assembly upside down and attach to the lid (don't glue it so you can take it off and change the batteries)
Flip it back right side up and attach the Follower Guides to the lid (with glue or a soldering iron), making sure the followers can move up and down freely
Attach the reindeer and sleigh to the appropriate follower (with glue or a soldering iron)
Feed a thread through the reindeer harnesses and attach it to the sleigh
