Arm Rest Rail Grahl Xenium

The arm rest rail for the Grahl Xenium are not available as spare parts. Orginal is PA6 GF40.

Here the very first test is now running with PETg R. Size fits just at the first print. Next try with fiber-filled?

Printed with 5 perimeter layers, 5 base and top-layes and 60% infill and “Rand”. Only minimal post-print treatment (clearing holes to 6 mm, remove the “Rand”). No supports needed.

Attached are also the files for the slicer… CAD? Prusaslicer only;-) Use the “Lehnenschiene_v02.3mf” as the Slicer281 does not process negative body for the STL-Reports in cas a stl is already imported. Or just use the gcode-file.
