Playseat Challenge Backrest Plank Holder

Important!

• Use good quality flexible filament. The holder will splay out a bit when installing.
• When drilling, do not drill too fast as the plastic will melt. Use gradually larger bits so the plastic doesn't split.
• This is a walls-only print. Set your walls to max.

Requirements:

• Plank (designed for 1.2cm and thinner. Warning: Not less than 30 cm wide!)
• 1x M6 bolt per holder
• 1x M6 nut per holder
• (optional, if using screws/bolts to attach the plank) Drill bits

Steps:

Step 1: Print the holder(s)
Step 2: Test-fit the hardware (it's really tight)
Step 3: Slide the holder over the tube
Step 4: Attach the plank in the way you prefer. You can use double sided tape, glue, drill holes in the holder, or tighten the bolts and pray it stays in place.

Print settings:

• Walls: all of them
• Support: Not needed
• Nozzle size: 0.2mm, 0.1 and 0.4 should also work
• Easy to print, you can print this one very fast
