Nextruder Nozzle Case holder for Skadis

A remix of Zenmaster33's holder - I wanted to only have the containers on the Skadis - only made/put together with PrusaSlicer.

I have placed small studs under the hook part that has to be cut off after the print - I disliked how the hook start in midair, even with supports. 
I printed it in PETG, PLA will properly do fine. 

Removed the holder for a hotend assembly and made more spots for containers.
This is hacked together by duplicating and cutting :)
