90-degree elbow for sandfilter

When closing my pool for the winter, I needed a 90-degree elbow to connect the waste hose to the sand filter to prevent the hose from bending. Since I couldn’t find one, I designed and printed it in PETG with a 0.2 mm layer height and paint-on organic supports (see picture).

The elbow is designed to fit both 32 mm and 38 mm flat hoses.

The threading on the Azuro filter was flat on one side (see picture), and I customized the design to match this. I’m not sure if the threading will need to be adjusted for your filter. If you print, test, or modify it, I’d appreciate a comment to know if it fits your filter model.

A helpful tip: print just the bottom 10 mm to test the fit before printing the entire piece ;-)
