modified minimalistic flashforge adventurer 5m enclosure top. made to work with flashforge enclosure kit. slightly higher for more clearance of internals. allows for spoolholder and one way filament sensor modifications. no need to move your touch screen with clearance for usb port.

printed in 4 parts with dovetail fittings. carefully should be able to slide them together easily but with snug fit.

i printed each piece on its top face and only used tree supports on the lip that the top lid rests on as well as the undersides of any dovetail piece.

all made in pla double walls with 5-8% infill. i believe each piece was roughly about 2 hours each.

for the lower frame pieces that hold the side pieces and door i use this build

Model origin

The author remixed this model.

Differences of the remix compared to the original

i increased the total height of lid to 52.5 mm because i wanted a little more clearance for extruder and tubing. i deleted the printed mount for the touch screen display as i didnt want to have to unmount mine (i already have damage to my ribbon cable port as a result of removing it the first time to install the camera inside). touch screen can stay mounted to actual frame and has clearance for a usb slot. i added a little more room in the back for spool holder as well as the filament sensor. My filament sensor only allows filament to travel in one direction so i had to find the correct spool and filament adapter setup as well.
