Ikea Grundtal caster wheel repair

We have the Ikea laundry baskets for quite some years now.

The biggest downside is the poor design of the mount for the caster wheels. In the first few years, the wheels came loose already because of the way the nylon insert is designed.

I fixed this multiple times with my glue gun, but now that I have a 3D-printer, I've designed and printed some improved inserts.

I used PETG and modelled the threads in the model. They slot right in my laundry basket and the wheels can be fixed nice and tight with a spanner. You can probably upscale or downscale a bit if your fit is too tight or loose.
