Hello !

If you like my work, please rate it.

Anyone who has dealt with 3D printing has certainly encountered adhesion problems. There can be many reasons for this. One is if the surface is not clean. For those who have a basically good adhesion surface and an alcohol cleaning before printing is enough, this will be a useful tool. Thanks to the rotation in multiple directions and the increased speed of rotation, it cleans much more intensively in a shorter time. More intensive cleaning means more clean microscopic surfaces, which ultimately increases adhesion. In simple terms, with the same amount of time spent on cleaning, we get a much cleaner surface.

Assembly does not require gluing. With a printer that works more or less accurately, everything fits tightly. Burrs or too tight surfaces may require a little filing to make it run easier. The spiked half of the Velcro should be glued to the rotating discs. This will grip the cleaning discs just right.

Usage: 4-5 sprays of alcohol on the surface at room temperature (pei/peo/glass/ect) and move the cleaning device around it, pressing slightly and while doing so, rotate the arm around and around.
We replace the facial cleansing discs sometimes.
We print the arm-stift-x1.stl with 100% infill.
The rest is as we think it will be strong enough.
Recommended material: PLA, PETG, ABS

We polish flat surfaces or surfaces that are difficult to rotate on each other, for example, with a nail file with artificial nails. We can put a very small amount of silicone grease on surfaces that rub against each other. On our discs, as much as fits on the tip of a matchstick. If we put too much, it will get on the hotplate and then nothing will really stick. :)

Update1:
If someone's gear accidentally skips teeth, I added a slightly larger gear (tárcsa_x3_plus_size.stl).

If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
