This is a Hygrometer / Thermometer holder for the Python - Silica Gel Box. If fits both the normal and XL remix of the box.

It comes with two parts. Part one holds the hygrometer and part two is the mount for the box. Simple slide out the hygrometer from the mount when drying the silica gel beads, it's using a dovetail system.

I recommend leaving the mount in at all times (when drying as well) as the tabs are very slim and will break quite easily if you remove and reinstall the mount.

There are holes on the top and bottom of the holder for a temperature and humidity reading while the rear is blocked. The rear is blocked so it doesn't get a reading directly from the beads but instead of the air in the enclosure. 

Keep in mind these hygrometers are not highly accurate but they are usually close enough for a fair reading.

The mount can be placed just about anywhere you like, angled or even on top of the silica gel box if you have your Python wall mounted.

BOM - Bill of materials

You need a small round hygrometer (mini) with a 41 mm diameter which you can pick up from AliExpress for example. I bought a bunch since they're so cheap and I have one in each of my filament dry boxes as well:

What to print

Everything prints without supports and the parts are so small the infill doesn't really matter but I usually recommend 15% gyroid infill and 3 walls.
