This is a replacement for the little flanged plastic things (Ferrules? Grommets? Eyelets?) that go in the hinge mounts in the K1's glass door, which prevent rattling and provide a buffer between the glass and the metal screw.
Two of these had been lost in the abyss of my shop couch, and there did not seem to be a model I could find readily (read: had been drinking a bit and had sufficient patience for ten seconds worth of searching, which bore no fruit) so after I slapped this together in Orcaslicer I figured I'd just post it.
Printed on modded K1 with .4 nozzle in Elegoo Rapid PETG on a textured PEI plate. I can vouch for this working fine. I don't know how other filaments will do with this application but can't imagine one needs to be too picky.
3mm ID, 4mm OD. Flange is 6mm OD and .8mm thick.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
