I made this puzzle because we had a wooden version, but we lost a piece. It is composed of 18 pieces.
The design is extremely simple, but i wanted to try the animation mode in OpenSCAD. So the piece generation for printing uses 10 lines, but there are 130 lines for animating the solution.
The openscad source file is available in Thingiverse : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3851777
Open the file in OpenSCAD, In the customizer, choose "mode=animation", then use the animation option and set at least 200 steps.
Printer Brand: Prusa
Printer: I3 MK3S
Rafts: Doesn't Matter
Supports: No
Resolution: 0.15
Filament: - PLA
Notes:
I used a very small tolerance (parameter marge = 0.1) because my slicer made the rod just a little smaller than 1 cm. If your slicer or printer make object a little bigger you can increase the tolerance.
If you increase too much the tolerance, the puzzle will be less stable.
