I found this fidget on Thingeverse and I thought it was very cool. I've tried it and it is very satisfying.

You remixed it from Thingiverse but the creator put it on Printables too.
Low polygon count for the curved surfaces is visible in print and makes for ugly artifacts on the top surface.
I'm shocked how much I like this fidgit though. Very fidgity.
I think it is the software you are using because my print was almost perfect.
sandpaper will help too
