Open crown Hat block, 60cm

this is a 5" tall open crown hat block for a 60cm circumference, size 7 1/2, hat. there is a central hole to place the block on a stand. print hollow with high wall and top/bottom layer count, drill a small hole in the base and fill with foam or plaster for rigidity and heat resistance. the block is shaped specifically for my own head, but if you wear the same size hat there's a decent chance it will fit you too. I have also included a model of a 6" high open crown block suitable for deeply creased or indented western hats, or very high crowned styles.
