Energy Blaster Honeycomb Wing Version ( TikTok Voted)

This Simple Version is easier to assemble and print and has the Honeycomb wings. 

This is my interpretation of the Energy Blaster or Energy Pistol used by Alexia Harmon in the final battle from the book "The Defender" by Larissa Soehn. The book describes the blaster pistol with a triangular barrel that fires energy and is powered by a crystal.

" Strapped to her leg is a pistol with a triangular barrel and an internal crystal that will harness the atmospheric energy and concentrate it into a deadly ball of power."

Printing Tips:

The model prints without supports.

I did use a raft/Birm for the Barrel Print and the Wings.

I printed this model a number of times and my preference was to use a 0.2mm layer height for everything but I occasionally ran into a quaility issue on the Wing door “pins”. I included the Gcode file for the wing doors that had the best results. I changed the layer height to 0.15mm and used the preset 0.15mm (quality setting) I also arranged the parts so their brims were touching. I also added in a block that prints higher than the pins and it seems to slow down the extruder enough to get a better pin as shown below These seems to give me better results.

I also added the gcode files for the handle pieces. ( I removed the bottom layers, changed the infill to honeycomb and then increased the perimeters to 5)
