Nasal aspirator mouthpiece - Katarek Travel

This is a quick and functional 3D reconstruction of the mouthpiece for the Katarek Travel nasal aspirator. I reverse-engineered the design by measuring the original mouthpiece and translating it into a 3D model using Fusion 360. The model was printed on Bambu Lab A1 Mini using Bambu's PLA Matte Ivory White filament in ludicrous mode, with default slicer settings (including a brim for stability). Despite the rushed process, the final print came out great—accurate, functional, and ready for use.

This model is ideal for anyone who:

• Owns a non-Travel version of the Katarek aspirator (or a similar device).
• Has lost/broke their original mouthpiece and needs a replacement.

While I printed this model in PLA Matte Ivory White, I feel that PLA Basic might be more comfortable to hold in the mouth. Your choice of filament could enhance usability depending on your preferences.
