Cutting Blade holder for olfa blade

Olfa blades are a great upgrade, but the Olfa knives do not fit well in the existing holder.
We recommend pausing the print at layer 18 (0.2 mm height) to position the knife correctly (ensure the knife is oriented properly; there is a top and bottom side) before resuming the print. Trim the knife to 26 mm for the best fit.
