Decor Water Pipe Sleeve 110mm /Rosette

In my WC there is a 110mm water pipe running through the room (top-down).
As a simple optical upgrade, I want to decorate the ends of the water pipe with a deco-pipe-sleeve that can be assembled without changing the water pipe.

This is my first attempt;-)
