I created this VESA mount especially for the new Raspberry Pi 15.6" monitor so I could mount my Raspberry Pi 5 on the back and still use the built-in kick stand if I wanted too.
It's been designed to only use the top VESA mount holes and still be strong enough (it's 4mm thick rather than the usual 3mm on other VESA mounts) to hold your Raspberry Pi (1,2,3,4,5 or Zero models) securely and give plenty of clearance for the kick stand to be moved.
If you want more clearance for your HDMI cables then use longer m2.5 stand offs etc. to raise the Pi up from the VESA mount more.
Print with 3 walls and 20-25% infill to ensure it's strong enough when you attach your Raspberry Pi to it.
You'll need the following to fix your Raspberry Pi to the VESA mount and to your monitor :
4 off m2.5 x 8mm female to female stand offs
4 off m2.5 x 10mm screws (to attach to the bottom of the Pi through the VESA mount)
4 off m2.5 x 5mm screws (for the top of the Pi)
2 off m4 x 8mm screws (to attach the VESA mount to the back of your monitor)
I've attached the 3mf file from Orcaslicer for my Bambu Lab A1 Mini and the .step file.
Enjoy!
