Blue Robotics ROV Electronic tray and Bulkheads 6" SIX Inches

This is an electronics tray and bulkheads for the BlueRobotics 6" ROV (149 cm inner diameter of cylinder).

The Bulkheads are modified from the ones supplied by the BlueRobotics website for the 4" model.

FRONT BULKHEAD is designed to accomodate Gopro 12 with Mediamod accessory. This necessitates the cutout in the electronics tray (cutout faces forward in this case). 

This model in the picture has been printed in PETG filament. It has so far NOT been tested in water or with electronics attached to it so no first hand knowledge of heat handling abilities available. 

FUTURE DEVELOPMENT: I intend to modify the front bulkhead to be in separate parts so that the parts can be milled out of aluminium and then connected together. The intention is to have a fully aluminium tray and bulkheads to assist in heat dissipation. 

Some of the holes are intended to accomodate the hex standoffs that are available at the BlueRobotics website. Presumably they are standard sizes.

This project has been complete for an other party and I might not be able to answer questions regarding BlueRobotics products.
