Qidi Plus 4 adaptor for Bambu heatsinks

Bambu nozzles with the heatsinks are shorter by a bit, and the screws are a bit closer together so I made this adaptor.

Made this model so I can adapt a Panda Revo heatsink to my qidi plus 4.

“Why?" you ask?

Because I'm using the e3d high temperature hotend with an aftermarket 80w 500c heater and k type thermocouple.

This should work with high temperature plastics, since I believe the extruder body is glass reinforced nylon. so nylon, or pc should work, but I had mine printed in aluminum by an online company.

I included a version without the slot where the wires are supposed to go in case anyone wants to use some other bambu nozzle for whatever reason.

The cooling fan needs to be replaced with this version, because the Revo High temp hotend touches the cooling fan and melts it.

Here are the parts I used, feel free to use your own vendor, just showing where I got mine.

E3D High temp hotend

Heater Cartridge

k-type thermocouple from Polisi3d (needs to be k-type, reach 500C and the right dimensions"

For the heatsink, I contacted BigTreeTech directly via e-mail and asked for a Revo Panda Heatsink and they sent me a special link to buy it for $15, I wish they'd offer it for sale independently, but that's the only way unless you buy the whole hotend.
