All parts printed at 0.2mm layer height. I designed a 0.2mm gap between all parts that fit together based on the tolerances of my printer and the filament I used. The size of the largest part was limited by my print bed.

When printing the four quarter panel 'meshes', use 13% gyroid infill. Ensure that you turn off printing the top and bottom layers in order to expose the infill which serves as the 'mesh' on which to mount the pins.

When assembling the ‘mesh panels’ and the outer ‘brim’, position each outer ‘brim’ so that it spans two of the ‘mesh panels’ (refer to the photos).

The 'mesh panels' will friction-fit into the ‘brim’, and then the panels will fit tightly against one another.  If you find that it isn't a snug fit you can use superglue to keep the sides of the ‘mesh panels’ together.

The center silhouette with this model is a profile of Mickey.  The friction-fit of the silhouette in the center recess means you can swap out center profiles to personalize your pin board with whatever design you like.  I've also included a “blank” peg on which you can draw, extrude, and print a silhouette of your preference.

I recommend that you print the ‘mesh panels’ in a white/light colored filament, and that you print the ‘brim’ and silhouette in a black/dark colored filament.  The contrast of light and dark will make the silhouette stand out in the middle of the pin board among you treasured pins.

I've included a ‘hanger’ to mount on the back of the top of the pin board so you can easily hang your creation on a screw or nail.
