Description
PDFI designed this cookie cutter off some diff Quick-tests i saw over the past years. The cookies came out quite well, but the quality will depend strongly on the dough you are using.
The two windows are for pressing the cookie out of the cutter in case it sticks. Flouring the cutter helped.
