Fully customizable Ring case/carrier

Made a case for my ring to be safely stored while in the gym, beach, pool, etc

Fully parametric and customizable ring case with a hole to add a loop

You will need an M3 bolt and nut (i used a 10mm long one but it migth differ if you customize it to fit a larger ring or several ones).

Also a pair of cilindrical magnets i used 8x3mm ones but you can chenge it easily to any other reasonable size.

No need for supports The model already has a one layer "suport" that allows to print the stepped holes without support you will have to cut it or force a srew in the hole to remove it.

The universal version should fir most ring sizes but if you want a tighter less ratling case i would recomend customizing the model or use one of your size if available. (i will try to add more with time, fell free to ask me for your size and i will upload it as soon as possible)


The fusion file is available so you can easily change parameter for your specific ring by following the next steps.

  1. Measure the outer and inner diameter plus the width of your ring
  2. (opcional) measure the diameter and width of your magnets
  3. Download the f3d file
  4. Open the file in Fusion360
  5. Go to Modify>Change parameters
  6. Change the value of the values to the ones you measaured and
    accept.
  7. Go to Tools>Make
  8. Select the body and export it
  9. Slice the Stl file in your prefered slicer
  10. Happy printing

The top part is universal for all sizes the bottom part labeled as universal should fit most ring sizes.
