Make sure you get the right CPU cooler size.
Also I don’t have a 3D printer but the guys ay my local 3d printer shop were able to get the job done with the instructions given on this post.

Note: I had to do some sanding to fit the backplate of the board.

@ChickenDomin_3939434 Sorry, but yes this model is pretty tight for the backplate. I recommend you to download the V2. I fixed all the issues from this model. https://www.printables.com/model/1418810-sff-mini-itx-case-v2

Make in progress, but looking great so far.

Printed in poly maker pla-high temp, flame gradient, which should be stable to 150c, more then high enough for a case.

love that color, waiting excited to see it done

@josedelamora_1146755 thanks! That ht-pla is interesting stuff.

Still having a bit if an issue getting the Mb tray to print perfectly, large unsupported overhangs are always tricky.

Still need to pick up a double reverse pci riser for it, the pccooler one in the description is no longer available.

Build it with:

- Gigabyte X570 I AORUS PRO WIFI (rev. 1.0)
- AMD Ryzen 5 5600
- ID-Cooling IS-30
- A 200mm PCIe 4.0 Double Reverse riser cable (same as stated in the description but total length is 200mm, cable is ~185mm, check carefully before buying)
- MSI 3050 LP (Also tried with a Gigabyte 4060 LP, both will fit perfectly)

Printed with:
- Bambu Lab P1S
- White PopBit PETG
- Black eABS-HS (And some regular eABS)

Modified:

- Reduced motherboard "standoffs" holes to 2.9 for M3 screws
- Added a 3.5" display.
- Motherboard's non-removable IO plate would not fit due to it being not so standard, had to ad a negative cube to make it fit.

Comments:

Initially tried to completely print it with ABS but shrinkage would make most of the attempts fail. Not recommended. PETG proved to be way easier to print. I recommend tilting the print sligthly (15º for my 265³ printer) for the corners of the model not to be aligned with the corners of the printer plate to reduce warping.

Riser cable is slightly longer than the case is prepared to, the PSU pushes the extra curve it does at the bottom and pushes the connector to the motherboard, disconnecting it sometimes. A possible fix would be to place the gpu a few millimiters higher and 90º bend the cable prior to installation.

Flex PSU could use a bit more room.

Side panels could have been designed inside the main frame and not outside of it, would make them fit better and not slide when handling the case. (I mean e.g: reducing the panels 5mm each side and extending the case width a little bit, while readjusting the magnets position, to allow the panels to be inside).

I LOVED the design, thank you very very much for sharing, the quality is great, the space distribution is very efficient. All my suggestions above are just nitpicking.

Put a link somewhere to buy you a coffee or something. (edited)

About "Flex PSU could use a bit more room." (printables has a 2K char limit):

My print had a very very minor warp on the corners, and the PSU is tilted because of that, it could use an extra 1 or 2 mm on all 3 axis to prevent it from bending so much and fitting too tight because of this.

@FrozenFrog_2235412 Really glad you upload your build, it is really amazing, I love the aesthetics too. Thank you so much. I will send you an IM

I have sff psu from dell pc. Will it fit in this case? The flex atx has slighty different dimensions

@MarioKelemen_1585010 I dont think so, it is bigger than the atx flex standard. You can take a look into aliexpress for a metalfish psu. Mine is from that brand and works really well. https://es.aliexpress.com/item/10000289980196.html

What size cpu cooler, gpu and flex atx psu fit in this case?

@MrGravia_1082114 Hello, the cooler that I have installed is an ID Cooling IS30 but can fit up to a 40mm height, like any of the IS-40 models. For the GPU I am using an RTX A2000, but can also fit RTX 4060 LP, RTX 3050 LP, RX 6400 LP, just make sure are low profile boards. And last, the psu is ATX flex, I have the Metalfish flex 400W, I recommend to use a full modular PSU to avoid the annoying extra cables accomodation. I leave also links for these things I mentioned before, I hope to see your make soon, thanks.

@josedelamora_1146755 Super handy information! It's fantastic to see a printable version of this style of case, I see them a ton on aliexpress but they are pretty pricey all things considered.
