LED Light Bar

This model uses any LED Strip and any 16/18 AWG Wiring to wire LED's into a neat shape lighting up your next project!

Materials:

• Wiring 16/18 AWG (any length to wire into power supply)
• 1 meter (3 feet) of your LED strip
• 8 M3x6 Heat Inserts
• 8 M3x8mm Screws
• 8 M3 Washers (Use 1 washer on each screw)
• 4 Countersink Head Wood Screws

Instructions:

• Step 1: Print all 5 parts. Each is different, so keep that in mind.
• Step 2: Install 4 heat inserts into each side of the “LED End” pieces. They will attach to the center V piece and the 2 stands.
• Step 3: Attach the 2 “LED End” pieces to the center V Piece. Make sure the channel lines up properly on the bottom, and that the heat inserts are facing the ‘Inside’ of the V shape.
• Step 4: Run your wiring of choice through the channel on the back of the stand. Both sides have this wiring channel.
• Step 5: Solder your wiring onto the LED Strip.
• Step 6: Attach your adhesive backed LED Strip to the flat channel fitted for the LED's
• Step 7: Attach the stands onto the assembled V Shape. Make sure to pull out additional wire slack.
• Step 8: Attach to shelf and enjoy the interesting V-shape LED design!
