A couple of embossing rolls I created for use with my embossing roller tools - a Weaver Leather Master Tools Creaser and Embosser, and a Bunkhouse Tools embossing machine. They should work with any other embosser that uses a 1" / 25.4mm diameter shank. I have included a "positive" and a "negative" roll of the same pattern for two different embossing styles.
These embossing rolls measure as follows:
Diameter: 2" / 50.8mm Width: .5" / 12.7mm
I apologize for the large file size, but these are the first things I've ever made (and were made back in 2021) and so I don't quite know how to shrink the file size quite yet. I've also noticed a burr on the inside of one of the models - this was easily filed off and the roller still works perfectly.

Notes:
Print settings I use for printing with Alloy 910 Nylon filament on my Ender 3 v2:
Layer Height: .16
Initial Layer Height: .3
Shell
Wall Line Count: 4
Top thickness: 2mm
Bottom thickness: 2mm
Infill
Infill Density: 75%
Infill Pattern: Gyroid
Temperature
Nozzle Temperature: 250C
Bed Temperature: 70C
Speed
Print Speed: 40mm/s
Wall Speed: 20mm/s
Cooling: None!
Size adjustment:
For me, Alloy 910 without any part cooling shrinks by about 1%, so I print at 101% to compensate. Print a calibration cube and use calipers to determine your own shrink factor for the material you use.
A step file is not available as this was modeled in Blender, not a CAD program.
