This device effectively widens the space between your eyes from 65mm to 185mm, increasing the difference in stereoscopic depth that you can perceive.
The effect is less pronounced than I expected, but it is noticeable. I recommend trying it out on scenes like a cluttered desk or spice cabinet where there are many items separated by varying gaps. Another thing to try is look at someone raising their hand towards you and pulling it back, and compare it with and without the hyperscope.
This requires either six 2" x 2" mirrors, or two 2" x 2" mirrors and two 2" x 4" mirrors. The latter should work a bit better, but I used six 2" mirrors so I didn't need to buy two sizes. The mirrors must be 1.86mm thick unless you modify the model. I made it somewhat parametric; it does not adapt well to mirrors of different widths, but you should be able to adjust the thickness without issue.
These are the mirrors I used: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01H0ZU1QA . They are glass, but acrylic should work as well.
The device should press-fit together.
