Press Fit (NO GLUE) 3/4" PVC Pipe Connectors - Cosplay Tools

Have a 6 foot staff that needs to fit into a 3 foot suitcase like me? Just throwing these out into the internet in case others need to make suitcase friendly PVC Staff props! These are all press fit and can be assembled and disassembled on location. NO GLUE NEEDED 

For some reason my pipe measures slightly off the specs of the inner diameter. Use the QuickFitDiameterTest to confirm that the other prints will work for your specific pipe. Scale accordingly so that the fit is snug but still removable. It is possible to make it on the slightly small side and then wrap the end in masking tape to make snug.  

The PressFitConnector has a small ring in the center so PVC pipe cannot slide upwards past the midway point (pictures 1 and 2). The InternalOnlyPressFitConnector is invisible (picture 3). Print with the flat side of the semicircle on the build plate. Infill will vary depending on how heavy the pieces it is holding up are (for my staff they are 20% ifill).
