Odour stopper for Gutter sedimentation tank

What we will need:
- A very soft spring to keep the outflow smooth
- M4 bolt one centimetre longer than the spring + M4 nut
- Washer to be wider than the spring itself 
- An old bicycle inner tube

Instructions:
Measure the basket of the drain settler and adjust the size of the two parts of the prints according to its size.
Clean the printed parts to make them smooth.
Trace the full piece on the inner tube of the bicycle and cut the circle with scissors.
Insert the M4 screw into the full printout (it is easier to recess using a nut).
Next, thread the cutout from the bike inner tube onto the bolt exactly on center. The inner tent of the inner tube (the smooth one) facing away from the full printout.
Then slide on the punched printout, spring, washer and nut.
Tighten the nut only lightly to allow the water to drain easily.
Insert this entire product into the drain basket. And use a bucket of water to see if the drainage is sufficient.
For me, this stopper completely solved the problem of odor from the storm drain.
