COMBAR spare saw blade holder

My COMBAR kickstarter arrived. This is an amazing tool, details available at https://aclim8.com/cb/

For my order I only wanted the hand saw tool add on without the knife. This left a spare slot in the handle, so I created this case for spare blades, or anything else that you want to fit in it. The internal dimensions end up approx. 6mm x 22mm x 250mm.

This was the 3rd prototype and seems to be working well. I will try it for the next week, to see if it needs changes.

I have configured 4 perimeters.

I only use a very small support enhancer to help the lip overhang on the "lid" refer to the photos. Although the overhang around the rest is greater than 45 it seems to print ok without support, maybe a slight trim required after print. I chose PET to give the tiny clips a bit of strength. For this purpose PLA should work ok, the device is sealed up within a handle 99.9% of its life.
