Busch Jäger Duro 2000/Reflex SI frame insert for speaker sockets

This is a remix of the frame inserts of https://www.printables.com/model/369822-unterputz-lautsprecher-anschlusse and https://www.printables.com/model/185966-busch-jaeger-duro-2000-frame-insert. I merged both inserts to fit BJ Reflex SI frames. Since I used the Duro 2000 insert for the shape, it will also fit Duro 2000 frames.
